Although not the most attractive from the outside, this Days Inn is about a half mile walk from the BYU football stadium, easily walkable. So if you're in Provo for a football game, it's a great deal. At $76 per night, it was a reasonably-priced Days Inn (I did make the reservation probably 8 months in advance).
The room we had was clean and in good shpae. The TV worked fine with a good picture. The internet was very fast. Breakfast was average for Days Inn hotels. And we got a good night's sleep because the hotel is far enough from the streets around the hotel. The desk clerks were all professional, the young lady when we checked in was quite friendly.
It's vastly better than the Super 8 that is a couple of blocks from the stadium (a real dive in comparison). And less expensive.
I gave it 4 out of 5 because of the lok from the outside and the breakfast, but overall Id definitely stay here again.
