My kids loved everything in here. The big mammoth in the middle was their favorite.

“Neat museum, kids will enjoy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2012

Lots of cool artifacts from the dinosaur era as well as the early humans of that area. Nice little area for the kids to dig for dinosaur bones. Was interesting to watch a scientist at work on some fossils.

“Great museum - don't miss it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2012

First of all, this little museum is twice the size I expected for a small town like Price. The mammoth is one of the best specimens around and is impressive! In this room, you are surrounded by Native American exhibits, including the large, prehistoric Barrier Canyon mural and some skeletons of large animals that have disappeared from the American scene, like the saber-tooth tiger and dire wolf; plus, there's more upstairs. open bay style on both sides.

Then, in another large room beyond the great gift shop, many more displays of dinosaurs, like the impressive allosaurus and the fearsome utahraptor, plus a flesh-eating repile, dimetrodon with a hugh sail-like structure on its back, plus other fossils and dinos too numerous to list.

“Fascinating find! Great value for the experience!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2012

We all really loved all the exhibits, especially if you bring kids and catch them when they feed the baby alligators!
