“Not bad for the cost”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2012

Close to downtown, A little bit of a drive to Kimball Junction. Not a bad hotel for the price, a family friendly hotel.

This Hotel and Conferance Center needs a little TLC. There was only one person on staff at the check in/out desk. Upon our arrival he was tending to a phone call regarding an upcoming reservation. There was one other person in line ahead of us and it took a while to get checked in. The room was good size but the wall mounted AC unit was very noisy. The hot tub was like taking a bubble bath with a crowd and the work out room is in need of some new equipment.

You are correct that the workout room does need some attention: I have gathered the information and have submitted a proposal to corporate to get some new equipment. It should be here next month. We are also changing the AC units but it is slow process. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and the opportunity to make the hotel better. Thank you for staying with us. I hope you come back.

A little old fashion hotel and conference center - two floors with patios and balcony overlooking very nice pool area.

I got a great rate but TV was poor with many channels out and the fitness room had only one piece of equipment operational.

Great location

Room Tip: get thesecond floor overlooking the courtyard

Thank you for your feedback about your stay. We apologize for the TV service being out this past week - the problem was with the service provider but that still affected your stay. We are sorry for that but happily, the problem has been fixed. New fitness equipment will be here next month. Please come back to see the changes we have made, including our rooms which are being updated as well.

I recently held a conference for about 150 people from around the country. The hotel accommodations were great, comfortable, roomy, and met all my attendees needs. The conference center met our needs and the audio visual staff was great--helping to ensure that we were up and running with our laptops, projectors, and sound.

The food and beverage service was well priced, the food was good, and my attendees enjoyed it.

You can't beat the location in Park City. It is within walking distance to golf courses, grocery stores, restraurants, and the wonderful Historic Main Street in Park City.

This was the second conference I have hosted at this hotel and my group just voted to return in 2014--we really enjoyed it.

The room was small and there were cable outages on many stations. The guestroom portion of the building had a dorm like feel. My second floor room had a balcony with a view of nothing, due to the pine trees right outside. The Yarrow is in a resort town, so for those who spend all day skiing or hiking and simply need a place to sleep, this will do. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Despite the shortcomings, I give the Yarrow an average score, only because the price was so low.

The room was comfortable and clean. The elevator is quite small though and the lobby could use a renovation to keep up with other hotels in the area. But a great value overall.

The facility is dated. Front desk was always short staffed. Scored a room on Hotwire for 1/3 of what most the properties were going for in Park City, so I shouldn't complain too much.

Thank you for your comments. No matter the price, I want all my guests to feel they are taken care of: I have spoken with my Front Office Manager about scheduling better so we don’t have this problem in the future. We, at The Yarrow, appreciate your comments and look forward to showing you that we have improved by the next time you stay with us!
