Have been out to Park City a lot over the past 30 years and have stayed in condos and luxury lodging over at Deer Valley ... This hotel was remarkable in so many ways, it was easy to get around, it's close to everything, great views, all the essentials are included (parking, computer/Internet access, a hot breakfast), we got an excellent deal on price - in that respect, it was easy and hassle-free.

The rooms are pretty much as nice as anything we've stayed in out there (nice linens, several pillows on each bed) .... we brought ear plugs since the walls - as promised -are thin .. Ultimately, though, our stay was stressful since the service is so uneven ...the staff is not rude, but they tend to be unrefined & insensitive to the needs of travelers and out-of-towners.

We also didn't regard the bar (and grille) on the third floor as a plus - shouldn't a bar be on the main level?

The more expensive hotels in the area have a better sense of their customers, and the high-end resorts create an overall ambiance that really ties together a ski vacation. We didn't find this here. But it was clean and convenient and we would probably recommend with these caveats.

My mother, girlfriend, and I spend 5 Nights here at Park City Peaks Hotel just before Christmas week and we had a blast. The location couldn't be any better, free shuttle service to and from the mountains and park city historic town. Its also just around the corner from wal-mart and other large department stores restaurants, and a movie theater. The price was a little high, but A) well worth it and B) it was right before Christmas. We ate breakfast every morning at the hotel before hitting the awesome slopes of Park City Mountain. Can't wait to return.

We came for a wedding, stayed for a mini vacation, extending our stay because it was so comfortable and the price was right. The foliage around town was just changing and the weather was perfect. The kid at the check-in desk tried to be helpful with directions to hiking trails but we were pretty much on our own. The restaurant for breakfast was standard but no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Wasn't looking for anything special, was happy that I found this place. Great location, easy access, nice clean place. Staff was very nice! Could use some new beds and work on cleaning the bathrooms a little more. But it was a great off season price.

With the help of Tripadvisor, I stayed at Park Peaks Hotel because it was a great off season price and would be easy to find at night in a town that I was not yet familiar with. It fit the bill just fine. Upon arrival at 10:15pm, the desk clerk informed me that they had given away our king bed room we requested at time of reservation but would gladly give us a two bed room. I told them I needed just one bed, so they gave us the only one bed room left - the handicap room. That was fine with me. No stairs or elevator needed to get to the room, the bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom spacious. About a half hour later, the clerk saw us in the hall and asked how we liked the room. I said it was ok, and he said he would give me a $10 credit on the bill bringing the rate down to $58. because he felt bad. That was nice. We had a night cap in the bar on the 3rd floor and breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. Both the bar and restaurant I would rate as lower end atmosphere wise, but the employees were pleasant. Our car was parked securely in the underground parking garage. Indoor/outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi looked inviting. Easy to find this hotel on the road in to town. Enjoyed our stay very much.
