Good for families. Room was noisy. Kristin at front desk was not accomodating at all. Several times told us nothing else was available. We stuck it out for 5 days. Had trouble sleeping due to family above us running around a lot. Good family oriented game room and pool area. Not sure we will stay there again. Housekeeping never left enough towels. Had to call every day for more. Okay place if you don't mind the noise.

staff very helpful. off peak season stay very enjoyable. staff pleasant and courteous. no disappointments with the room or the facilities. will book a reservation when i return for the ski season.

Not very clean, and the staff had a bad attitude. Requests for towels, (there were none in the room) were met with rudeness. Had to ask three times for the towels.
