I was treated to the Viking yurt experience whilst on honeymoon. I didn't know anything about it, and it was a wonderful surprise. You get taken up the mountain by a snow cat on a sled covered over with blankets, so it's not too cold.
In the yurt there was a log fire, and a pianist, which was a lovely accompaniment to the yummy 5 or 6 course dinner. The food was very good. Just recommend you take your own wine, as their wine list isn't cheap. But we treated ourselves anyway. Holy recommended. What a great experience.
