This hotel was a very nice place to stay. They had a hot tub on the back patio. Lots of things thst are very close to the hotel. Perfect amount of space and storage for your ski's. Fire place in the room by the bed it was perfect.

Stayed at this hotel in late February while on a business trip in Park City. Very clean hotel with reflections of high standards everywhere from the lobby area and reception desk to the room and the various amenities. I booked a so called deluxe guestroom which I believe is their smallest room at about 350 sq ft and features a Queen Bed and a Queen Sleep Sofa adjacent to it. The room has a nice size bathroom with a shower/tub and a decent size closet tucked inside the bathroom. What I liked most about the room was an elegant looking granite countertop area with a sink and a modern one touch coffee maker (complimentary coffee) and a small but very convenient fridge underneath the counter. Best of all was the swimming pool area partly inside partly outside along with outside hot water whirlpool and adjacent steam room and relatively large size exercise room. Those amenities that were very well kept were particularly appreciated after a long day of work. All in all a very nice hotel and one that I will definitely stay at again next time I am in Park City, Utah.

Room Tip: You may wish to ask for a room with a view if available. The one I stayed in had a window facing an...

This property is clean, new and close to bowling, skiing and some decent restaurants. The studio (Smallest Room) is very small. Beware of that if you would like more space. Overall I would stay here again for the right price.

Stayed here in January for the film festival. These rooms are huge...more like a condo with a little kitchette, spacious bathroom, & hot tub on the deck. There are several casual restaurants just below the hotel. I really wasn't expecting to love it as much as I did. Just a few minutes into town. Very close to the Canyons.

We recently stayed at the Newpark but were quite disappointed. The room ran $225 with a queen bed and an uncomfortable sofabed. This was the low price option. The hotel in located in a strip mall about 20 minutes away from Park City Mountain Resort where we're skiing. There are restaurants in the mall. The staff was nice and there's a nice 25 meter pool, half indoors and half out. But whatever you're doing in Park City there are much better options.

First, I am sorry that this traveler's experience seemed to not have met their expectations. We understand the importance of a vacation and make every effort to ensure that the location, features and amenities of Newpark Resort are thoroughly explained. I am not sure where the misunderstanding occurred (I have reached out to hopefully understand), but I strongly believe that we have always embraced and expressed our location in the middle of Newpark Town Center.

The Town Center is the epitome of Park and City - a vibrant neighborhood that uniquely combines the very best of mountain living with the convenience of urban amenities and services. And most guests find our central location most convenient for activities. Conveniently located just 25 miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport, and just 3-miles from Canyons Resort, 6-miles from Park City Mountain Resort, and 8-miles from Deer Valley Resort. Newpark maximizes your time on the mountains. In between summer or winter activities, guests can enjoy the Utah Olympic Park (across the street), Tanger Factory Outlets or Gorgoza Tubing Park (both are within 3-miles).

Anyways, the positive experience of our guest is of utmost importance, if you have any questions about our location, features and amenities of Newpark Resort, please call us to get your questions answered.

Regards,

Chris Eggleton | General Manager | chris@newparkresort.com
