“#39 Lofts at Park City”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2013

You could throw a rock from the balcony and hit the Payday lift. So, the location is fantastic. The condo was rented from the owner June directly and bless her for giving a firefighter discount.
The condo was 1st class all the way from the sheets, towels, and furnishings. Very, very, clean.
We were only 2 couples but there are beds for up to 3 kids we did not use.
The condo has 2 balconies. One looking towards Payday Lift from main floor and one looking towards Legacy Lodge from the upstairs area. It was nice to finish for the day and look up and see you are at the condo. Finish to hot shower in less than 5 minutes.
The condo came with covered parking but under building next door. The only draw back to this condo is moving luggage and gear to and from your vehicle and the condo. No luggage cart, so several trips required but worth this small headache but at minus 6 degrees we complained a little.
Once we parked we never needed to drive again. Bus takes you anywhere you really need to go( downtown, etc,) plenty of shops, ski rentals, places to eat, bars, etc.are right down around you with elevator access in minutes.
We will be giving this place 1st look anytime we are playing in the snow of Park City.
Note: owner great to work with and returns deposit quickly. Location Location Location is only one thing of many that makes this a jewel.

We stayed at Loft in mid January. The location is perfect. It is real ski-in/ski-out. They have a locker room located on the slope. You can leave your skies there overnight.
Our room was nice and clean with fully equipped kitchen.
We stayed at room 225. It is located not at the same building where the reception desk is. We had a hot tub at our building, not swimming pool is at the main building. The pool/spa does not have a changing room and shower, so our cannot go there if you stay in a different building. I believe this is the only negative thing I can tell about the Lodge. Everything else was great!

Loved the staff, loved the rooms and as long as you don't want ANY contact with the outside world, it's a great place to stay... BUT if you want to email, you want good cell service, you want wireless, or you need internet to do any business while on vacation DO NOT GO THERE!!!! The wireless is nearly nonexistent, and drops off altogether at night and during the day for hours at a time. There is no tech support at the resort to help you and you'll end up spending hours at Starbucks to do what you could do in any other hotel in the comfort of your room. The blame by management goes to the part-time/time-share owners that will not pay for high-speed internet or wireless routers because they are only there for the weekends or a night or two. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO DO eBUSINESS. But if you want to be cut-off from everyone, this is the place.

Our family needed a short "staycation" (we're from Salt Lake) and found a deal on a stay at this location. The staff, in particular Karac at the front desk, were very friendly and welcoming to our family of young children. The room was amazing! Very cozy and felt like a real mountain setting. The location at Park City Mountain Resort was perfect for finding a good treat and shopping. Our kids loved the hot tub and pool as well, especially since part of it was indoor. We'll definitely be back!

For our Honeymoon we decided to stay at the Lofts.
When we got to our room (250) we both were so amazed how nice, spacious, and clean this condo is. It has a very nice open full bedroom, a beautiful kitchen, dining area and living area with the loft upstairs with awesome views of the mountains.
The Lofts is a very nice and clean place to stay at and the people who work here are so nice.
Today we decided to extend our stay an extra night, John at the front desk was pleased to help us and congratulate us on our Marriage.
Thank you everyone.

I'm from Salt Lake City and needed a quick getaway with my wife and two young boys. We booked a three bedroom condo. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was relieved and pleased when we opened the door. A very nice, updated kitchen, full of pots, pans, dishes, etc. A bar with stools, a full couch, fireplace (we didn't try using it since it was still warm outside). We were also pleased to have a full dining room table with 8 chairs. The large flat screen was a great addition.

The bedrooms were also nice. The master had a king bed and large bathroom area. The smaller guest bedrooms also had their own full bath with a queen bed. There were also two twin beds in the upstairs area. Each room had it's own flat screen TV with cable.

We stayed two nights and had a great time. Very quiet, clean, and relaxing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

My gf and I stayed at the Lofts in mid/late March and the unit we were in was simply wonderful. We were in a 1 bedroom / 2 full bath condo that faced the payday lift. The location cannot be beat since we could literally walk maybe 30 steps and be on the snow. The outdoor hot tub and pool were nice also and not a far walk even though it was actually located on the adjacent Lodge property. The underground parking that was included with our room was a tremendous benefit as well.

Because each unit is individually owned and rented out by a property management company, it is hit or miss as to how nice your condo will be. In fact, when we arrived the very kind and helpful front desk lady let us have a look at 2 units and pick the one we wanted. We were very thankful for that kind of service as it showed that the front desk folks actually cared about making us happy. I think her name was Kara (?) -not sure- she had only started a few weeks prior but she was still a pro! So we were lucky to be in aunit that was just renovated and had some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in besides my own.

Simply put, the Lofts has an incredible location if you want to be near the slopes but be aware that not all units are remotely the same so hopefully luck will be on your side that you'll get booked into a unit whose owners care enough to keep it updated and cozy.

Room Tip: If they have vacancy, ask to see a couple units and they may let you choose which one you want.
