We ate here several years ago and it was so memorable we came back while skiing at Canyons this year. The reservation staff and "greeting" staff are snooty and hard to deal with, but once you get past that, the servers are nice.
There is just a ton of food, including crab legs, oysters, soups, salads, prime rib, duck, seafood, potatoes, vegetables, desserts. We had a good time just looking at all the food, and deciding what to get.
The only thing we didn't think was top rate was the sushi.
Our server was attentive at first and then harder to catch as the room filled up.
Expensive, but worth it. A memorable experience.
