I highly recommend staying at this hotel; the staff working here are amazing! I travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of hotels but this by far has been the best experience. We stayed at this hotel during the Sundance Film Festival this past weekend and had some of the best customer service from any hotel I've ever stayed at. My colleague and I had to get a lot of items for our event shipped to the hotel, and after a quick phone call the week before, all the boxes were waiting in the room when we arrived. The most impressive aspect was that we had a relatively large crate shipped (from Texas!) and it was stored for us. The staff helped us disassemble, load everything into our car (storing the removable seats), re-load after the event and organize the shipping. Rafe, the General Manager and his staff helped make everything for our event go smoothly and made it so easy for us to handle. All of the staff were extremely attentive, helping us get transportation wherever we needed to go.

This is a great hotel right off the slopes of The Canyons in Park City. Spacious brand new high end room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are still working out some of the kinks, as they just opened. Rented ski equipment right from our room through the ski valet. Ski valet brought boots to our room within 15 minutes of our call to try on and get fitted. Then skis were waiting for us down stairs where you walk out to the lift. Full kitchen made it easy to cook a few meals in the room and washer/dryer in room was great for washing ski clothes.

I would highly recommend the Hilton Grand Vacations at Sunrise Lodge near the Canyons. The hotel is brand new - which is a bonus - and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the bellman. We were traveling with young children, so it was very helpful to have a ride in our rental car to the ski school by Hobie or Trace...so we could be very close and avoid parking or walking with the kiddos. The hot tub and pool was a favorite for the kids, and the ski valet for the adults! The Canyons was great with very short or no lift lines, even during one of the busiest times of the year.

The drawback would be the surrounding restaurants were overwhelmed with slow service but we had a great meal inside our suite, and the shuttle to Park City worked well. (would highly recommend Prime Steakhouse)

Great facilities and friendly staff. Walking distance to lifts and away from business of Main Street Park City. Our suite was beautiful but still getting kinks worked out because it is newly opened.
The only problem is the staff was unaware of needs of skiers on vacation---and this is a ski resort. No place to take off boots at ski corral/valet area---staff suggested we walk from room, take elevator and down several long hallways in our ski boots in order to get to ski corral. Evidently they have no idea how difficult walking in ski boots can be. Could not buy tickets at front desk and no discounts on tickets were given, even when paying for very expensive room. They need to go look at Stein Eriksen's Lodge to see how to cater to skiers.
