Loved our room which overlooked the beautiful pool area. The bed was extremely comfortable, living area and bath had all the amenities and comforts. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back! The spa staff and hotel staff were amazing. Definitely recommend the couples massage. The massage therapists were incredible. Overall, a great experience!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Park City in August 2012 for one week and had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. We had deluxe suite with everything you would need and a great kitchen area. The shower was very large and bathroom well appointed. The hotel was quiet and charming. Only down side - the pool can be noisy at times but does close at night. There are several hiking trails that are walking distance from the property that we used almost everyday. We don't golf, but it appears the course was also very nice.

Great service at the hotel from check in to check out! Delightful and friendly associates and great food! Ruth Chris was a great dinner to be able to have on property! Was also surprised by the spa on property. Had a great massage and I am picky about my treatments!

I traveled with my father for Father's Day weekend. We did play golf one day and the only complaint would be one of the staff guys at the golf course desk. He was rude and not a reflection of the remainder of the stays encounters. The course is a public course and not the hotels course...which he made clear when we mentioned we were guests and he was clear by saying "well that means nothing". Some people have no class or service, this guy would be one of them.

But the hotel was amazing!

We stayed in the Hotel Park City for a week over the Independence Day Holiday. Our suite was well appointed with everything that a small family could need. Luxurious king size bed, large queen leather pull out sofa and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and also a walk in shower with dual shower heads (nice for mom and dad). The toilettries are very nice and the house cleaning staff always leaves enough of them as well as plenty of fresh towels. The bed was wonderful (maybe a pillowtop mattress?) so I slept very well and was always refreshed in the morning. We had a full size closet for storing luggage and also a stackable washer and dryer which we used almost every day with swim suits and biking clothing to wash up. Our kitchenette had glassware, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, a small fridge, coffee maker, toaster, stove top as well as a dishwasher which we also used almost everyday. We also had a balcony/porch area that walked out to the pool and also had chairs and a table. On the fourth we were able to have a fantastic view of the fireworks from that very spot. On making our reservations we took advantage of a the spa package as well as the Ruth Chris package and both were excellent. We will definitely stay there again.
The complimentary starbucks coffee in the lobby was also great as I would run over there first thing rather than use our in room coffee maker and wake up our daughter.

Room Tip: Having a suite facing/near the pool on the ground floor was great. Our daughter loved being able to...

We were very pleased with our 5 day stay at HPC. The rooms are truly luxurious and clean. Their friendly housekeeping and maintenance team were prompt and the management and front desk staff were more than accommodating. We had a few minor hiccups during our stay but thanks to their staff, all matters resolved quickly and professionally. Highly recommend staying here. Best of all-you can not beat the location! You are in the middle of everything in Park City. This will be our hotel of choice for all future visits.

i planned a surprise weekend getaway for me and a friend who is from SLC (i'm from NYC). this was no easy task, but after reading glowing reviews about Hotel Park City, i knew this was the way to go. i booked 2 nights at the end of june in an upper floor deluxe cottage executive suite, and it was just stunning, breathtaking, and beautiful.

our cottage was very spacious and had a large private balcony with a hot tub. we had a sprawling view of the golf course and mountains, and never closed the curtains so that we could just enjoy the view at all hours of the day/night. we ordered room service for breakfast on both days; the food was really good and portions were quite generous which made the prices not so horrible.

the location is just a little over a mile away from main street which was fine, but if you wanted to be in the thick of it all - which we didn't - then i'd stay somewhere on main street.

our stay was just really comfortable, and we didn't want to leave... so much so that we're thinking of going back in the winter.

Room Tip: go for a suite with a private hot tub - you won't be disappointed.

We have stayed here before and really liked it o we booked three rooms as we had a convention in Salt Lake. Well this was the trip from hell for us. We checked into our room, one of the cottages on the lake. Room was great except they do not clean the balconies or windows very well. We try to o the sleep but all rooms in this cottage except us were from a Company having an event at the resort decided to party all night. We complained 3 times before these people stopped which was 12:11 am when I last complained. I was told by the person on duty at the front desk that they cannot control people's minds nor bodies. What a stupid thing to say! I asked if the had a noise ruling after 10:00 pm and I never got an answer. I finally had to ask if he could go and speak to the folks about the noise and he finally said he would and the people finally stopped. We asked to be moved in the morning if those same people were going to be there. They told us they would be there again so we agreed to move. We packed all our things so they could move us and told the hotel that we would be back around 12:00 pm. We get there at 1:00 and we are told that the room would not be ready for another hour. It really was not ready until around 2:30. I had to get ready for a convention opening and this put me way behind schedule so I had to do a mad rush plus again unpack. We should have not given up our room until we had a room. We were being considerate of the hotel so they could get our room cleaned for others. This is really sad as I really liked it here. I asked for a quiet room but they also put us near the air conditioners and we sleep with windows open to get fresh air. I will not come back unless they guarantee a quiet room that I originally asked for. By the way the spa is nice. The manager tried to move us faster but we would have to take a room we did not want.or paid for which was a downgrade. Of course they would have reduced our rate but this was not what we wanted.

Room Tip: Cottages are nice but ask to be away from the air conditioners if you do not want to hear them.
