The smallest room here is suite! I was passing through the area and could only stay one night.
As others have said before, it’s more than a hotel room….it’s like having your own Park City apartment. You can cook, do laundry, sit on the balcony, hit the pool or the spa, go skiing (but not in May when I stayed!). And that’s just in an Executive Suite (I believe their smallest room offered)…I never had a chance to check out the cottages.
All the staff I interacted with were friendly and provided great customer service. Especially the young man from engineering that had to come open my in-room safe twice (the battery and/or electronic circuitry died), he was friendly and easy-going, getting the job done as quickly as possible. (He did say that the in-room safes are being moved from the closet floor to a more comfortable and more easily accessible location in the rooms in an on-going project.)
I hope to get back to Park City someday again and have a longer stay at such a comfortable and luxurious hotel.
