“Easter Skiing Holiday”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 24, 2013

Myself and my husband stayed at Hotel Park City for a week at the beginning of April 2013. We were on our honeymoon and the hotel upgraded us to a Cottage Suite. The suite was excellent and extremely well equipped. The hot-tub on the balcony was an added bonus When we booked we were concerned that the hotel was not in Park City but the free shuttle to the three local ski resorts was superb and the Park City free bus stopped outside the hotel and was simple to use. We had a wonderful time in Park City and this was only enhanced by the hotel staff who were warm and welcoming. No question was too small and everybody we spoke was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about the local area. The skiing in Park City is excellent and we have been to a few resorts in the past 13 years. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Room Tip: If you can stretch the budget the Cottage Suites are a bit special

My wife and I first stayed at Hotel Park City in April of 2006 on our Honey Moon. It was during the off season so we got a killer rate. We stayed at Hotel Park City for two nights and then went to stay a night at one of the Deer Valley Hotels. The second we walked into the second Hotel we wished we were back at the Hotel Park City. The staff was amazing; they remembered my name every time we came in and out of the hotel lobby. They were professional and very helpful in locating places to eat. The pool was wonderful and well kept.
We have since returned every year on our anniversary, and a few other times throughout the year. If you are looking for a great place to get away for a romantic vacation this is the place. It is also a great place for families especially if you rent one of the bigger private units. We have not stayed in one of these but have friends who have and they rave about them. Anyway if you’re looking for a Hotel that is perfectly located in Park City this is the place to stay!

Room Tip: Love the third story room, they have the executive one room and then they have a bigger version. Not...

Dear Guest - thank you for sharing your comments on Tripadvisor regarding your recent visit. Despite the recent snow storms, the golf course is greening up and it appears that summer is arriving early.

Warm regards,

This is a wonderful place to stay if you have a big group like we did. We took our family of 7 (teens and young adults) for a spring ski vacation. We rented two connecting cottages (421/422). Our view of the pond was pretty spectacular. There is one other cottage that probably has an even better view than we did. Each cottage has a kitchen...so we had two kitchens and 2 master bedrooms. I would have given 4 tokes if the pullout sofas weren't in such bad shape, and housekeeping were a bit more on the ball. It's not ski in/ski out, but pretty easy to get to the slopes. Next time, we need to rent a car, but from what I hear, Park City has a nickname of "No-park city", so not sure where we might be able to park in town. There are some great restaurants just outside of Park City, so we may do that...

Room Tip: Get a cottage!!!! Ask for one facing the pond.

Dear Guest - thank you for bringing your family outing to Park City. New sofas along with sofa bed frames and mattresses are being installed this spring. We hope to see you again next ski season.

We stayed there for a sking vacation in one of their cottages. The cotagges are great, with 2 chimneys, a living room, and a kitchenette. The only drawbacks of the cottages is that there is no parking on site and you have to walk some, depending on which cottage you get.
Other than that, the location is nice, close to a bus stop to the lifts, there is a Ruth Chris steakhouse in he hotel, and of course nice views of the mountain and the golf course.

Most luxurious hotel in Park City! Beautiful, comfortable rooms (with washer/dryers!). Excellent and hospitable staff--very helpful, very efficient. Fabulous gym and spa. I can't wait to get back there! There is so much to do in Park City; not only downhill skiing and snowboarding but also snowshoeing and cross-country skiing and all of the restaurants and museums. The mountains are breathtakingly beautiful. And this is the best hotel in town. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: you can't go wrong

Dear Guest:
Thank you very much for selecting our property and for sharing your comments on TripAdvisor.

With respect to "things to do" the next time you visit - for adventure seekers only with advanced abilities. . . take McConkye's lift at Park City Moutain Resort - hike Jupiter Peak (Pinyon Ridge) for amazing views and followed up with a challenging ski/board down the East Face. It will be memorable.
Kind regards,
