Most amazing place in Park City! Called the Hotel Park City direct. Spoke to Mike who planned our on family stay. We rented a cottage (directly located behind main property). It was a chalet. Full kitchen, micro & dishwasher. Hot tub on private balcony, multi fireplaces and breath taking mountain views. Perfect location, 5 minutes from historical downtown, The Canyons and Olympic Park area. Top notch service, Ruth's Chris on property with a boutique feel resort. By far one of our BEST vacations we ever had. Stop looking at any other hotels. Simply the best!

We went here and stayed a few days we planed on paying with a gift card they did not have an expiration date on the card at all. They told us we could not pay with it because it was expired. We wrote a letter to the manager and they honored it after the fact. This is POOR service.

I'm at a loss for words! We had a fabulous time! The hotel is absolutely fantastic! My husband voted this the best birthday every (I think he forgot, for just a minute, that he was turning 40 ;) We will be back!

I have stayed in this hotel for six days with my family for our winter vacation.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location by being in the middle of the canyons resort from one side and park city and deer valley resorts on the other side. The farthest one which is deer valley is only may be 5 miles away.

I have stayed in the cottage luxury 2 bedroom suites which is a cottage luxury suite connected to a grand luxury suites. The end results are two spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen, a kitchenette, two living rooms with sofa beds, one dining table, three full baths, two hut tubs, and six fire places. One important thing to note here the cottage was meticulous clean.

The cottages are located outside the hotel’s main building which is a short walk. Cars are not allowed to park in the front of the cottage but you can use the main parking of the hotel or pay a $ 17 and use the indoor parking.

Breakfast, the food selection is limited but both of the quality of the food and the staff service is excellent.

My husband and I travel continously thoughout the year and stay at many hotels around the United States. We visited Hotel Park City for a nice 5 day getaway and I am so glad we did. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled amazing. The fitness equipment was new and well maintaned. The spa was lovely and I highly recommend a deep tissue massage after a day of skiing. My husband and I are already planning our next trip there!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel after a week of powder skiing at Snowbird. We elected not to downhill in the Park City area since there were too many crowds between Christmas and New Years. The Nordic center at the hotel is a great option and one of the primary reasons we chose the location. We were able to walk out our back door onto a balcony just steps from the center and pool. They also offer snowshoeing.

The service was excellent throughout the hotel. Many places fall short during this extremely busy season. Concierge, taxis, shuttles, etc were all very efficient. The rates were a good value compared to other high end hotels in the area.

The suite with a kitchenette, sitting area, two TVs, washer dryer, and fireplace was very nice.

We will be back.

Room Tip: Lower level suites allow direct access to the Nordic center, pool, and hot tub.

We reserved the presidential suite, checked in and guess what, no heat. Worse is the manager was aware of it, guess they think guests will not notice. Manager said it could not be corrected and as aware of the problem but rented the room anyway. Will never stay here again!

Dear Guest: Thank you for your comments. However, I would like to clarify a few items:
The room did have proper heating in Bedroom #1, the Living Room and in the Kitchen. Bedroom #2 had heat as well, however there did exist a discrepancy with temp reading on the thermostat. Our team was not aware of a heating problem prior to your arrival. You were offered an additional room free of charge - which you declined. We respected your desire to depart with a full refund and I reaffirm our apology for the room in less-than-perfect condition.
Sincerely,
Guy T Morris
