5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2014 via mobile

The lodge is a nice place it's up in mountains and surrounded by and great view of if u get the window view side. The rooms are very nice, nice comfortable beds kitchen, dining room fireplace big screen TV washer and dryer, some rooms have two bathrooms. Close to park city Main Street where there are shopping, history, restaurants, and have there own local shuttle bus service that takes u around.during ski season u can see the ski ers and the mountains.its a great place.just not maid or housekeeping service every day cause they provide some stuff in the room for you, your stay.

Thank you for your time in reviewing the Lodge at the Mountain Village. I was pleased to see that you gave us a 5 star rating. In reading your review you mentioned housekeeping. If you are staying at the LMV with All Seasons Resort Lodging we do provide daily housekeeping to all our guests. If you rented through a private owner this may not be the case. Nonetheless, thank you and we look forward to seeing you at the Lodge at the Mountain Village on your next visit to Park City.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom condo during the fall break season, mid October. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Having the full size kitchen made meals simple and convenient. Although we weren't there during winter we were pleasantly surprised by how close this condo is to several ski lifts. The ice skating rink in the center of the lodge area was awesome too! We used the indoor/outdoor pool and spa and loved it although they ran out of clean pool towels while we were the only people using the pool. All the staff were very patient and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

For the price, this hotel is GREAT. You honestly won't find another deal like this in Park City. HOWEVER, you do get what you pay for. We stayed in Room 207, which was nice. We had a nice balcony overlooking the iceskating rink. The bus stop is right outside. We stayed in a loft so we had plenty of room. 2 bathrooms was VERY nice (travelling with a teenaged girl!). We had a hottub that was 4 door down which was nice. However, the pool is in a separate building where you check in. The weather was nice the day we were there but I could see that being a problem in the winter when you have to walk across the courtyard soaking wet :( Also, there are no bathrooms near the pool so if you need to go potty then you again have to walk all the way back to your room. The satellite TV was VERY spotty. Some channels would work and a lot of them didn't. The TV in the upstairs bedroom only got one channel due to a weak signal (QVC!). It's a beautiful area and we would definitely stay here again. Just don't be expecting a 4 star resort :)

Thank you for taking the time and letting us know about some of the challenges that you encountered while staying at the Lodge at the Mountain Village. I will make sure to pass along the TV concerns to our maintenance department. Each condo should have a variety of channels to choose from.

It's valuable feedback such as yours that allow us to maintain a high level of service and product.
Thanks again,

After checking in with the property management of this establishment ( Club Lespri ) we proceeded to The Lodge at Mountain resort to stay in room 270. I was instructed to check in at front desk at lodge to obtain keys. The woman working the front desk was rude and told me she would have to call Club Lespri before I could be given the keys. After she called to get clearance to issue keys she then proceeded to lecture the agent on phone about new rules and giving keys out. I was finally given keys and proceeded to room to find a very dated condo that could definitely use some help. The master bath drain as well as upstairs sink drain were both VERY slow to drain and could use the help of a plumber which I did call and report but never saw anyone show up to fix problem. Carpets were dirty, master bedroom mattress had very large dips in it and made horrible sounds when getting in and out of it. I will say the location of property is great and the views are lovely but would not go back and rent this unit or rent from Club Lespri.

Stayed for a couple nights in September of 2014. We rented a premium hotel room, which ended up being more spacious and nicer than we expected (spent a lot of time in the room due to a rainy weekend). The location is literally right at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, which was convenient for access to the various chair lifts and activities. There are also a few restaurants and shops located right by the Lodge.

I normally don't write online reviews, but this one was particularly justified for the kindness that we were shown by the front desk manager/attendee. Unfortunately I had lost one of our physical room keys, which typically results in a $75 fine. We were a little bummed about this the night it happened. However, when I addressed the issue and apologized at check-out, the guy waived the fine for us. We were really surprised and it made our day. Again, the kindness shown by the manager will have me coming back and recommending this location to others.

I will make sure to pass on your cheerful comments about your outstanding service to the front desk. They work very hard to assist and fulfill our guests needs. Please let us know when you are in town for a return visit to the lodge at the Mountain Village, and hopefully the weather will cooperate.

My wife and I are in the middle of a three and a half week "retirement trip" through South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona. We checked into the Lodge at the Mountain Village last night, and was not prepared for the lodgings we received. Audra at the front desk really took care of us, and our "room" was a one bedroom condo that we could live in!

I highly recommend The Lodge to anyone coming to Park City at any time of year. I can only imagine what the views are like at the height of the ski season.

Last month we stayed here for the second time. Both times we have not wanted to leave. The location cannot be beat. It is walking distance to the mountainside activities. Each unit is individually owned and tastefully decorated. Both times we stayed in a 1BR and both had everything we could have needed. The service we received was exceptional! Last month we arrived early and requested an early check in. Our unit was ready, however it did not have a washer & dryer like our one the year before did. Having two small children I asked Maryann if it was possible to get a unit with a washer & dryer. She said she had some but none that were ready. However after about 10 minutes of diligently moving guests around she was able to accommodate us both with a unit that was ready and had the washer & dryer. It would have been so easy for her to say, sorry I cannot help you, but she didn't! I told her if I had a hotelier of the year award, she would get mine! Later that night we called back down to the front desk and asked if it were possible to get a high chair. The young lady at the front desk (who's name escapes me) said she would track one down and bring it up to us. Before too long she arrived at our door with not only the high chair, but a coloring book and crayons for our daughter. We are just so pleased with how our stay went here! Thank you!
