Description: The St. Regis Bar offers a light menu created by Jean-Georges Culinary Concepts and a variety of specialty cocktails. Honoring a long-standing tradition, each St. Regis hotel creates its own signature Bloody Mary—a variation on the original recipe dating back to 1934 in New York. At The St. Regis Deer Valley, 7452 Mary (a nod to the resort's altitude) is an enticing blend of fine oat-distilled Vodka 7000 from local High West Distillery and a regional salt rim garnished with a Wasabi-Celery foam. Also paying homage to St. Regis tradition, the bar is graced with a commissioned mural. The St. Regis Deer Valley Bar features a triptych reflecting Park City’s history as a silver mining town by artist Phillip Buller.

“Service and views - exceptional!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2012

Our female server was friendly, helpful and made us feel at home during our dining experience! Wine list is expensive even for Utah ($13 for lowest red wine by the glass) given the controlled pour and the menu is rather limited in terms of variety. However, the pizzas are spectacular and the views of vistas (outside) or sitting inside next to the fire pit make up for the limited and expensive menu. For a better range of inventive dishes I would recommend "The Farm" or for less expensive wines I would suggest "Butchers," but for atmosphere St. Regis is unmatched. Visitors ride the funicular up which extends the opportunity to capture the majestic views. Jackson Hole has nothing on Deer Valley resorts and the St. Regis is not to be missed.

“View is hard to beat”

I agree with Stacy in California...you have to try the Bloody Mary. This is a fun experience. Eat outdoors if weather permits.

“Funiculee Funicular”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2012

Wow. It started with the very unique ride up the funicular (mountain rail-car). We sat for drinks on the patio with a breath-taking view. Ordered the signature Bloody Mary's and watched the Sabre Champagne ritual, which ended with Napoleon's quote - "In victory, you deserve Champagne, in defeat, you need it." Beyond spectacular. After the sun set we moved inside for an elegant dinner by the fireplace. Pricey but worth every penny. The service was superb and all of meals were made to perfection. If you get anywhere near this restaurant, you must eat there.

“St Regis Bar was amazing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2012

Great food. Not "Bar Food" -esque...more like gourmet restaurant appetizer-type food. Awesome. Great service, nice people, great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
