Our female server was friendly, helpful and made us feel at home during our dining experience! Wine list is expensive even for Utah ($13 for lowest red wine by the glass) given the controlled pour and the menu is rather limited in terms of variety. However, the pizzas are spectacular and the views of vistas (outside) or sitting inside next to the fire pit make up for the limited and expensive menu. For a better range of inventive dishes I would recommend "The Farm" or for less expensive wines I would suggest "Butchers," but for atmosphere St. Regis is unmatched. Visitors ride the funicular up which extends the opportunity to capture the majestic views. Jackson Hole has nothing on Deer Valley resorts and the St. Regis is not to be missed.
