What a nice place! If you enjoy a relaxed enviroment overlooking the mountains then we highly recommend St. Regis. The service is great, very friendly and polite.
Everyting was perfect to us.

The St. Regis Resort was THE most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The accommodations and staff were first rate! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to experience first classservice, beautiful accomodations and spectacular scenery.

This Hotel is new and some issues are expected, but after months of Planning I do not think there was one Aspect of our trip that went off without issues. The Hotel is nice and the proximity to the ski Resort is nice, however the service really let us down. We have some great stories and they did their best to make things right but these issues should not have happened in the first place. Also when getting a room with a Balcony be sure you say Private Balcony or you might end up with a shared balcony this really lacks Privacy as a neighboring guest can walk right up to your sliding door and look in... In the future I will not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is lovely and the staff very pleasant and courteous but service in the restaurant is extremely sub par. Not sure if the restaurant is understaffed but there is confusion between bar and wait staff, attentiveness and followup is non existent and food is very average. We tried dinning on two nights and had the same experience both evenings.

Waiting to ride the funicular and the wait time associated with getting your car is very frustrating too. One of the funiculars was out of service when we were there which further exacerbated wait times.

Finally as another reviewer indicated phone service in the rooms is non existent which is a real problem if you have business associates or family that needs to reach you.

From the moment we arrived until we were pulling away in the car to leave the entire staff was so professional and helpful. Ashley at the front desk was extremely helpful and very friendly and did whatever was required from helping with directions to a event to making sure our bags were taken care of while we attended the conference. Excellent experience and Hotel

This was paradise! Right from the wrought iron gates opening with the deer on it...to the quiet service and the welcoming smiles this was one of the most outstanding stays EVER!
The bed rivals the Wynn Hotel in Vegas-famous for its quality sleeps..the views of the Mountains from my balcony especially the sun rises over the mountains and reservoir-spectacular! Service always with a smile, and subtle staff recommendations! The roaring fire pits, the spa, the fitness facilities-all excellent! I am coming back for ski season! iphone cell service spotty but apparently being addressed soon. I loved it!

My wife and I were at the St Regis for the July 4th weekend. It was the fourth long weekend (4 nights each time) we have spent at the St Regis - Deercrest since January 2010. We have been accompanied by our dog on each visit. For dog lovers, you cannot top the reception you (and your dog) get at the St Regis!

In the past (prior to the opening of the St Regis in Dec 2009) there was little choice for ski in/ski-out on the mountain in Deer Valley (like, only the Stein Erikson Lodge - yuck!!!). When the St Regis opened, we were hopeful of a better choice. "Dog friendly" was a major plus.

On our first trip in January 2010, we were amazed! Not only an absolute first-class facility (and squeaky "brand-new" clean), but a staff above reproach. Everyone is friendly, easy-going, personable, and all seem to really enjoy the fact that they work at the St Regis. Their primary role seems to be to make sure all guests feel as they do about the St Regis. And it works! By the way, have you ever had someone grin with pleasure as they helped you on with, and off with, your ski boots? All part of the treatment at the snow's edge by the ski valet!

On subsequent visits in March, May, and July 2010 we discovered more and more of how the staff goes subtly out of their way to make sure staying at the St Regis is an exemplary experience. Food quality, selection, and service were as good as just about anywhere in Park City. Concierge service and knowledge were top notch. Room servicing was flexible and available all day. On site facilities (pool, spa, exercise facility, bar, restaurant, you name it) are welcoming and sophisticated - there is not one animal head or antler chandelier to be found on the property!

We give it the highest of recommendation - and will be back!
