“What A Great Place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2005

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park Regency. The facility was very well maintained and the unit was spotless! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We could not have asked for nicer accommodations and would highly recommend this resort!

We visited Park City Mar. 4-7, 05. The Park Regency offers reasonable rates and is conveniently located to PC, DV and Canyons. We stayed in a 1.5 bedroom and the room was clean and comfortable for a party of 5. Staff was courteous and helpful. Off main restaurant and Einstein bagles are all within 1 block of the hotel.

Went to Park City beginning of March for the first time. When I was booking a hotel I found that many were very very expensive. I got a great deal at Park Regency for three nights plus two free life tickets. Even though it is not on the mountain it is so close to everything. The staff are very friendly and the studio we had was perfectly equipped with a kitchen, fire place and very comfortable bed. I would defintely stay here again!

We stayed at the Park Regency last winter and I belive the rate was $140 per night which was very reasonable. We were 100% satisfied with our entire stay. Our 1 bedroom unit wasn't huge or fancy but it was perfectly comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well enough equiped that we cooked breakfast and the occasional pasta dinner there - saving even more money. The bed was comfortable, we loved the robes, and the bathroom was clean and completely adequete. The couch was comfy and we sat by the fire watching TV at night. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and jaccuzzi. The jacuzzi is big enough that there was always room for us in it after a cold day on the slopes - I think it fits at least 8 people comforably, maybe even 12. For the price, not many other places include both a condo style unit as well as a hot tub and pool. Finally, the location, while not 'walk to the slopes' is still very convenient. We had a rental car which allowed us to do some shopping, check out all 3 local mountains, and come and go from main street at our leisure. However, the Regency does have a van service so if you are will to give up a little independence, it seemed perfectly adequete to get to around, espeically if you plan to ski every day at one of the park city mountains. All in all, it was a great trip and I highly recommend the Park Regency for its ammenities and value!

The Park Regency trades with RCI and is probably a little nicer than the average RCI property. Although the property is probably 20+ years old, the Park Regency has made some attempts to upgrade and remodel (robes, wood fireplaces, nice shampoo, conditioner, lotion), but no leather sofa in my room. The 1 bedrooms are a little small and although fine for 2 adults, would be cramped if bringing kids or friends. The 2 bedroom I saw seemed to be more recently renovated, had a full size fridge, stove and dishwasher and was twice the size for less than twice the price. As far as location goes, you are only a 2-3 mintue drive from historic Main Street or the ski slopes. I would not be opposed to returning to the Park Regency, but it would depend on what the rate was for that particular night.

The Park Regency has one or two bedroom suites. I've been there twice.
Small separate bedroom with queen bed and TV. Average bathroom.
Combination full kitchen, with small dining table, fireplace and leather sofa. I spent a lot of time nestled in the sofa watching movies on TV. Terry robes. It was about the same price as non-suite properties. I felt it was a great value. Inside a rectangular layout of rooms on three stories is a covered nice pool. Also a barbeque grill for guests. Only two complaints:first, the underground private-access parking was limited; secondly, the front desk person who was the same individual checking me in this year and last was painfully SLOW. Took about 15 minutes each time.
