Our office visited here for lunch to celebrate a co-workers birthday. I loved the atmosphere of this microbrewery and 25th Street but that was were the love affair ended. I'm pretty sure our waiter was new since he had tape with his name written on it instead of a name tag and though he tried his service was just average. Three of us order the fish tacos which were pretty good but nothing to rave about. The other chicken dishes ordered by my coworkers were not very appetizing to look at and were reported as fair to poor.
To finish the meal off we ordered the bread pudding and that was very disappointing especially since it had been talked up by a coworker. I prefer a more "pudding" style that is hot and soft which this was not. (If you want an amazing bread pudding check out Union Grill!)
So many better choices in the area (Union Grill, Bistro 258, Goodwoods BBQ, Longhorn Steak house, etc)
I think people come here for the beer 1st and food second, maybe the beer makes the food taste better?
