“Great golfing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 6, 2013

My husband and his 3 brothers have a guy's weekend every June, and El Monte is one of their favorite courses. Great views, a challenging course, nice greens. Nice place to spend an afternoon.

“nice course”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2013

El Monte is a nice 9 hole course that is pretty inexpensive and the views are beautiful. You can also hear the roars from the dinosaur park close by, which is kind of fun. Driving range too.

“Great Place to Sled in the Winter!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

I don't know about golf there, but this is one of the best places to go sledding in the Ogden area. The city even put hay in front of trees to make it safer (Thanks!).

It's got some rather steep hills good for teens/adults, and some tame hills that are great for kids. It's free and good exercise.

The picture was just before the hay went in, it's still there and a great improvement. Nice views from here, and if the moon is out (and you are cold hardy) you can keep sledding in the evening.

“Quirky 9 hole course, but well worth the price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2011

The price is excellent and service outstanding for a public course. Some non-traditiona holes, but all-in-all, we loved paling this course.

“really great course”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2011

This is a really nice course I was fortunate enough to play at during my business trip. Well-kept and not too easy! Nice layout! Thoroughly enjoyed the day even though my score wasn't all that great.
