I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn. I parked out front and then headed for the keyed-access garage around back.. The check in process was a breeze, I got my room key in under 2 minutes. The front desk staff are on their game.
The hotel appeared to be recently renovated. There was a small bar (10pm closing), and gift shop. I did not use the indoor pool but it looked nice.
My room, 343, was located on the 3rd floor. The hotel is in u-shaped inside and required two turns in the corridors to access the room, not an extreme distance like Vegas but worth mentioning.
Walking into the room I noticed a nice granite counter with a decent sized refrigerator under and microwave above. It did not contain a sink, however it was directly across from the bathroom that contained one. The bath had a blow-dryer, full glass 60" shower (no tub) and Neutrogena soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The main room had a king bed, chair and desk as well as a very large, 46-50" TV. This room overlooked the parking lot, no mountain view from this room. The room was very clean.
The hotel offered a complimentary continental breakfast that consisted of coffee, juice bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit and Danish. The location is central in downtown Ogden.
I would stay here again by myself or with family. This is a great hotel.
