“Wonderful Hotel!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 12, 2012

We spent our anniversary at th Ogden Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Brand new hotel just opened 6 weeks ago. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are immaculate. Breakfast is delicious. Manager Matt and his crew were very attentive and made sure our visit was top notch. The decor, layout, and LOCATION make this hotel a perfect choice for a family trip or for a couples get-away. Family friendly but also very beautiful and relaxing. This hotel is right next to 16 plex movie theater, fantastic restaurants, arcade, rock wall climbing, indoor skydiving, and bowling. Located at the base of the mountains, this hotel will also be an excellent choice for ski vacationers this winter. We LOVED our stay and will definitely be back.

This hotel had everything I needed and asked for...and more!!! The rooms were incredibly clean and very spacious!! The staff was tremendous and very helpful! The hotel was in a great location and a bit pricey, but it was worth every penny I spent!

We spent one night at this hotel on our recent road trip. It is a new hotel and very nicely appointed. The staff were very friendly, but there are obviously some kinks to work out. Not enough servers a breakfast, only one channel on the treadmill television, security gate does not work on the garage (so lots of non-hotel guests were using it for free downtown parking, leaving no spots for hotel guests). Nice downtown location if you have business there, but not at all convenient to or from the highway.

We had a fabulous nights stay here but would have loved to have stayed longer. The hotel was new, only open 2 weeks. Our room was lovely. We ate at the hotel because the menu was just too tempting to resist. Being Utah, there was no mention of a bar in the hotel file in the room and no sighting of such when we checked in. But we were happy to find the bar tucked safely out of sight with a super friendly barman, Nate, who was very entertaining but way overworked as he not only had to deal with the bar orders but also serve the meals in the restaurant. We were amazed at how fabulous our meal was and asked if we could extend our thanks to the chef, within minutes Josh appeared at our table and we were pleasantly surprised at how down to earth he was…none of that stuck up “I know best” attitude that many chefs have. Josh is of such value to this restaurant that they will have to hang onto him if they plan to become a successful restaurant in this area. We found the bar to be a great meeting place for all visitors and we started chatting with several other guests who gave us invaluable info about where to eat in surrounding states. ( if you’re reading this Kristin your info about the Basque restaurant in Boise was superb xx) Really love this hotel!!!!

My daughter and I drove from Portland, Oregon to Louisville, KY this summer. We stayed at many different hotels along the way. This was the best by far. It is a beautiful, new hotel surrounded by art, entertainment, with a bookstore within walking distance. The only suggestion I would make is that you unload your luggage at the front of the hotel and park afterward. We parked in their secured parking lot before unpacking the car. This meant going all the way through the hotel to find a luggage cart. Then you had to take the cart back through the secured, locked doors and out to the parking lot. A little bit of a hassle, but everything else was nice. We enjoy a complimentary breakfast in the morning as part of our hotel deal. Well worth it.

Over the top service and quality from Check in to Check out. I stay in Ogden a lot for business so I've stayed at all of the hotels in Ogden. This one is new, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. It's right downtown so you can walk to all of the restaurants and bars and it's only a half hour drive to the Ski Resorts in Ogden Valley. I will be back. Do not miss the Breakfast in the morning!

We had an amazing stay for my birthday weekend at the new Hilton Garden in Ogden.
One of the hightlights was looking out the magnificent panoramic window that looks down on the plaza of The Junction. The Staff also sent up special birthday plate that was much appreciated.
