“Nice Lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014

This is a nice quite restaurant at the Fashion Place Mall and a good place for a romantic lunch. They have half order salads for the smaller eater and full Italian meals if you are hungrier.

“Surprising Find for a Large Chain”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 11, 2014

First, did not realize that this is part of a chain with locations in 35 or so states. Went in for a laid-back lunch with family and was pleasantly surprised!
Manager greeted us promptly and with great enthusiasm and professionalism. We were seated very quickly as we were among only a handful in the restaurant. This changed quickly as the place filled almost to capacity in a short time.
Atmosphere is inviting and classy without being pretentious. Also of note, there is a separate bar area where one could enjoy a wine or cocktail if you did not want food.
Lunch menu was more than adequate with many unique offerings. Had the chipotle chix sandwich which I just loved...great mix of bold flavors and high quality ingredients.
Others had selections from that gluten-free menu that were very nicely done...the chicken griglia which was flavorful and healthy and very substantial size wise. Another had the Tuscan Harvest Salad which was quite exceptional.
Desserts were all very well done and very tasty and also high quality.
Wine and other bevs looked reasonable and there seemed to be an good number of offerings on the menu.
Service was very good as our server was very personable and professional...he kept us happy with iced tea and coffee refills through the entire meal.
Great atmosphere and upscale feel makes this restaurant a surprising find. I would definitely return in a heartbeat for lunch and would love to try it for dinner.

“Just like a visit to italy!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2014

This is a great choice for lunch dinner or even just appetizers. The variety of salads and pasta entrees always gives me something to enjoy. I enjoy theur $4.99 appetizer specials in the bar. Yes they have a full service bar...with alcohol!! The servive is friendly and attentive. The manager is visible helping in the restaurant and greeting guests. Its easy to get to and is ajacent to a wonderful shopping mall. I love this place and am there several times a month.

“ANOTHER "CHAIN"”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2014

We went to Brio with high hopes. It appeared to be more of a family owned and run restaurant like we're used to back east, but unfortunately its just another chain like most other restaurants in this area. Its visually very appealing and quite large. It has a fixed menu and does not offer any specials. The mix is OK but still lacking "inspiration". We sampled several apps and they were good with the carpaccio a nice offering. We had chicken, beef, lamb and pasta dishes and all said they were OK but not exceptional. The wine list is reasonably priced and the service not bad but like everything else here not spectacular.
