We stayed in the Blue Boar Inn several years ago for our anniversary and returned this year for an afternoon lunch. Dining on the deck that covers about 40% of the Inn, you are surrounded by hanging and boxes filled with flowers with the mountains as a backdrop. For lunch we had a VERY fresh salad, French onion soup and grilled wild salmon (early in the season to get wild salmon so we were very pleased to find this available). The service was attentive and the only down side was that they were out of Pinot Noir by the glass (and since we were driving, we didn't want to order a bottle). This restaurant is about a 30 minute drive east of Park City and definitely worth the trip. Incidentally, the Inn only has a few rooms and they are small but VERY charming.
