“Fantastic Experience!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 3, 2013

Absolutely loved the Johnson Mill Bed & Breakfast!!! We stayed in the Waterfall Terrace for our honeymoon and absolutely LOVED it! So relaxing and a wonderful environment, wonderful room, delicious breakfast(!!!) (that's a big one for me) and it was just excellent! Would love to go back any time!

Room Tip: Loved the Waterfall Terrace, obviously. It takes up the entire top floor. Also much more expensive.

This place makes a Grand 1st impression! Beautiful setting and well designed rooms with spa tubs and fireplaces. We stayed in the River Bottoms room and the Millpond room. Both had their own deck and fabulous views. We observed a pair of elk one morning walking in the yard! The breakfasts here are served at 9:00am- not too early, not too late. The food is superb. On the down side, neither room had the accurate time, in fact our first room did not even have a clock. The exterior of the building is in need of some repairs, but in some ways it kind of adds to the ambience of the place. We loved it over all and plan to return in June. The weekend manager Kathy was reaaly nice and from Michigan like us!

Room Tip: Millpond room has a King bed, most other's are Queen.

While visiting two adult daughters in Utah, I wanted to treat them to a relaxing one night get-away. One daughter just found out she is pregnant with identical twins! I chose the Johnson Mill Inn after researching online. I chose the Riverbottoms room because of the extra bed in the loft.
Our stay was delightful. Our balconyoverlooked the river and the whole Heber valley. We loved our bathroom with its tree root sink stand, jetted tub and views. The beds were comfortable. We loved the stone/gas fireplace. It was cozy for our night of games and movies. Breakfast was yummy - nice variety and original. The hostess was very helpful in recommending local restaurants. We did have our relaxing weekend.

We spent three nights/four days there for Valentine's and our Anniversary and it was perfect! The room was gorgeous we stayed in the Mt. Timpanogos room and loved it. Breakfast was wonderful every morning and treats at night - it felt like "home" but without interruptions! We can't wait to go back in the spring. Thanks Kathy and Jill!!!

The staff was amazing. The location was tucked away and quiet. The property and the building were absolutely beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the view from the room was great. The breakfast in the morning was comfortable and laid back and was served to you as you sat at the dining room table. Overall this was an absolutely fabulous place and I am SURE I will be back!

We stayed here on a whim, and the gal in the front office could not have been nicer! It was a very busy weekend and we were struggling to find a place. She indicated that there were two rooms left, and described them to me, and asked if I would like to get on their website and view them and call back with my choice. I can't remember the name of the room exactly, but the view was incredible! We had a pond outside of our room, and in the evening it was beautiful, lights shining off of the water, and in the morning, swans and ducks floating. So relaxing and peaceful! The waterfall on the property is also very beautiful, and the sound is amazing! I would also love to stay in the spring or summer and enjoy the grounds, they really are so nice! The breakfast was super, and we really enjoyed visiting with the people that were staying there. Would like to have a more flexible breakfast time, I felt like I had to rush to be ready for breakfast. And as beautiful and the scenery was, I really wanted to enjoy the view! I thought the room was very well maintained. The heater vents had black around them, but the room was very clean other than the vents. The bathroom was beautiful, and had home made soaps that were really nice. We have stayed in several bed and breakfasts in the area, and we really enjoyed this one and would love to stay here again!

Room Tip: Views of the pond and waterfall are amazing!!
