We've stayed at the Johnson's Mill twice now and we've absolutely loved it! The breakfast is out of this world and can't say enough good things about the rooms and views. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite and the Waterfall suite and we recommend both. The Waterfall suite is now our family favorite with its spectacular views from the balcony. The place is 20 minutes from Park City and some great restaurants and shopping. Overall great experience. We'll be going back next year!

When we arrived, we noticed immediately just how beautiful the building and grounds were and just a nice and cozy atmosphere. It's nestled in a small part of town with plenty of great cafes and little restaurants and some fun activities. Though, on the down side, the room's surfaces were dirty and sticky, the toilet was dirty and the bathroom's heater did not work, the bed was extremely noisy, to the point that you almost thought it might fall apart and the chairs had staples coming out of the seating the ripped some of my clothing. Service was nice and accommodating but lack-luster.

The staff were so accommodating of helping me check in when it was most convenient for me. The room was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and sheets. I stayed in the RIverbottoms room and the loft was so neat! Breakfast was delicious and the staff preparing the food were friendly and very accommodating. This is a top-notch bed and breakfast.

Johnson Mill is truly a special place both inside and out.

Maybe not for everyone but that's possibly why we liked this place so much. Beautiful grounds, laid back, a bit of a rustic feeling but without any loss in comfort. Warm welcome, good bed, great breakfast. We stayed in the Waterfall Room - lots of noise from the waterfall, which we loved. We'll definitely go back.
