We had a room block since January 2005 and all guest in group made reservations in January and we fill room block, I call the day before my reservation to confirmed to find out the General Manager cancelled 4 of our rooms because he was over booked and never attempt to contact us. I spent more time making long distance phone calls to hotel to try and straighten this out. In order to get a straight answer, we ended up calling the Corporate offices and within 10 minutes of the phone call, we ended up getting our 4 rooms back..... When I arrived at the hotel, front desk was never friendly, felt like we were an Inconvience for them... a few times I did go to the front desk for questions, we had to wait for clerk to arrive. I will never recommend this hotel to any one... Very unhappy with stay.... Unfriendly staff, and not a apology from General Manager...
