“Awesome 4th at the Jensen Inn just outside of Vernal Ut.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 6, 2014

So beautiful, peaceful outside of Vernal Utah the Jensen Inn Bread & Breakfast . So much to do .. River rafting, music with a big bond fire ... Dancing, good wine... Judith and Alan are the best hostess & host I have ever encounter at a bed and breakfast. Located by the only dinosaur graveyard in the USA where you can actually see and touch the bones. Located between Jackson Hole & Moab you will find rest, excellent breakfast, peaceful surroundings. I loved the whole experienced and we, all 8 of us, had the best time on the 4th of July ever. Thank you both !

Room Tip: Rooms on outside of the the main house are more private.

Judith and Adam have a lovely B&B in Jensen. We stayed two days in the Japanese room. Large room and very nicely decorated. Breakfast that Judith makes is delicious. Various kinds of fresh fruit, eggs cooked the way you like, bacon, cake, orange juice. Too many to mention. Jensen is a small village near the entrance to Dinosaur National Monument. This is the part where the fossils and petroglyphs can be visited. We found this the most interesting part of the park. For Harpers Corner you need to drive almost 2 hours. We enjoyed our stay. House is slightly noisy, so you can hear the other guests.

Spent three nights in June 2014 and I should have added another -- I had excellent accommodations and I was well-rested after each day's hikes and driving. I was upgraded to a larger room due to a cancellation and loved it -- clean, quiet, and comfortable. Judith prepares an excellent breakfast (she adds some Latino specialties). She and Alan are knowledgeable about local sights and restaurants and are gracious hosts. They even invited me to join them for dinner in town one evening. The inn sits back in hayfields from the road into Dinosaur National Monument, about 10 miles from Vernal.

My wife and I spent a night at the Jensen Inn in April of 2014. All of the previous excellent comments still apply. You will be well cared for, fed (breakfast), and rested after your stay here. Very clean rooms, very gracious hosts, you can't ask for more.

My husband and I stayed only one night at this B&B and we were sorry we couldn't stay longer.

The Jensen Inn is located in the middle of fields off the main road, close to the entrance on the Utah side of Dinosaur National Park.

The hosts,Judith and Allen, proved to be very warmharted and congenial people, who made us feel at home immediatly.
We had booked the smaller downstairs room, because we only stayed one night, but we heard from the other guests that their rooms upstairs were huge.

When we booked, Judith also made us aware that our room was the only one that had a private bathroom that wasn't ensuite. We just had to cross the livingroom in order to get to it, but that wasn't a problem.

Our room was very tastefully decorated, and had a very good double bed.
The cosy bathroom had a good bath/shower, and fluffy towels.

The nearest restaurants for dining are along the US40 highway, on the outskirts of Vernal, some 13 miles from the B&B.

We slept like roses in the Jensen Inn.
In the morning we were greeted by the always cheerfull Judith, who had prepared a complete breakfast buffet, and who made everybody laugh with her stories.
Judith also has a knack of including the more quieter guests in the conversation and to make everybody feel right at home. We even made some new friends there.

We were sorry to leave the Jensen Inn and we warmly recommend this B&B !
Thanks again Judith & Allen !

We really loved our stay at the Jensen inn. It is located near the entrance of Dinosaur nat. park. We booked a stay in the tipi, but a big storm blew the tipi away and we got a beautifull spacious room instead.
The house is lovely and the owners, Judith and Adam are really very nice, you feel at home with them.
The breakfast in the morning was also very good and Judith appeared to be a real storyteller,
It was a great stay, thank you Judith and Adam.

Jensens Inn is an amazing B B. The service is fantastic, the breakfast is filling and tasty and the area is calm. Nearby the park. The owners are knowledgable about the area and can give useful advices for excursions. We stayed in tents on a well kept lawn behind the inn.
