Although dated, the room was clean, quiet, and it possessed a refrigerator and microwave. In addition, the hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurant/eating options. At it's relatively low price, this hotel is a good choice if visiting the local attractions.

Luxurious, no. But for the price, it's more than fine. Big room, clean, quiet. Comfortable bed. The floor squeaks a little by the sink, so ask for an upstairs room. It's a little far from Zion, but again, for $50 bucks a night, it's hard to complain.

Room Tip: My squeaky floor may have been a problem for people below me. Get a second floor room!

We booked a room in this hotel for 7 nights. Halflway through there was a power cut and it took the staff over 24 hours to reset the router to get the wifi working again. We woke up one morning to find an alive cockroach running around on the floor. Searched the corners of the room to find 9 dead cockroaches. We get told by the staff that it was our fault for leaving door open at night which we never did once. Maybe it was the huge sill missing off the bottom of the door leaving an inch gap for them to get in. We move rooms to a room that was apparently cleaned earier that day to find poo stains in the toilet, and bottle lids and crayons on the floor. There was also dust, food crumbs and general dirt layering the skirting boards of the room. Tell the staff, they pick the rubbish and leave.Go to get in bed to find blood stains on sheeyts, food crumbs in bed and some huge blue stain in the middle of the bed sheet. There was also loads of hairs. Tell the manager and he sends over some woman who says its not dirty and if we wanted a clean room we should pay $200 a night and not the $70 that we paid. I dont care if you pay $20 or $200 a night, it should be clean. She told us not to pull the covers up to check on the condition of the bed covers. Its an absolute joke even claiming we were just trying to get our money back for the night. No we just want a clean room and what does she do - walk out and shut the door on us!!! Absolute joke. I would not stay here again even if yoy paid me.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to the activity we were doing. Adequate breakfast although the dining area was small we didnt have to wait for a seat. Rooms a ok size older decor but clean and tidy. Had a nice pool area.
