“No TV. What to do.....what to do!?”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2013 via mobile

Pulled in after a longgggggggg day of driving.
It's currently 90*F and the pool and all fun water areas- CLOSED. It was 5pm on a Monday!
My 12 year old was disappointed.
Laundry facilities decent. We catch 3 local TV channels and two of them are SPANISH! Viva Mexico! (I have never watched Family Feud in Spanish, nor do I want to again.)
A pervert was hanging out around the laundry facilities at night- kinda scary.
The park is open to the public, so there were SCARY Looking people pulling into the park just to use the restrooms! I think a man actually took a BATH in the Woman's restroom! Creeeeeeeepy!!!!!
Doesn't feel very safe here. Parking spaces were tight for our 40 footer.
We ate and went to sleep. Not much to do except an on site mini golf (which was rather fun since we needed to stretch our legs). It was interesting.

We have been coming to Cherry Hill RV park several times a year for the last five years. Service now stinks. We had trouble with our reservation in July, and now we had reserved a certain RV site that we knew we could fit into with our RV and the slides and awnings. When we arrived we were told our site wasn't available because the person came back into the site. Well, this certainly isn't fair. When you have a site reserved someone else should not be able to simply return into that site when they knew it was reserved. We were put into the next site and were unable to open our awning as I knew we couldn't open it in this spot. To top it off the jerk who took our reserved spot didn't park correctly and we almost hit his car when we tried fitting into our new space. The young lady in the office didn't care if the site would work for us and said if we can't fit just come back in and she would try to find another spot. This stinks. BE AWARE.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Check-in was a breeze, though parking a 38-foot motorhome towing for registration was not. You have to turn up a slight hill (difficult if approaching from a right turn) and then there is one spot for RV parking. Staff was very nice and helpful, both on the phone and in person. Kinda wondered where the adult supervision was. Seems everyone who works there is a teen. Not a problem at all, though. They took care of business. We got a free garbage bag at check-in as well. That was pretty cool since we always need them.

We got a decent pull-through site, but the setup was not well thought out. The hookups are all spaced away from each other. We had to park in the middle of the pad to make sure we could hook up AND allow our awning to cover the picnic table. We had no room to move the table because the hookups for the site next to us are spaced out in the middle of the grass. How silly. Since we were parked in the middle, we just barely fit our Jeep in. The sites are also a little close. On the third day, another coach pulled into the space next to us. Since the hookups are so close, his power and water lines were practically in our camp, right up against the picnic table. Not cool. There were plenty of empty spaces. They should try harder to give people space and only squeeze you together when there isn't any.

We weren't crazy about the RV sites being located right in front of the activity areas, but it ended up not being much of a problem. We weren't annoyed by the kids at all. I will say to other campers with kids (and dogs): Please keep them off sites that are occupied. Watched them cross our grass and then went out one time and someone had let their dog pee on my Jeep tire! Disgusting and rude!

At night it was quiet. No camp noise and no street noise. The park is closed on Sundays, so there were no kids running around. That was a nice surprise. The park was actually well lit, too. We HATE parks that are pitch black at night. It's scary and dangerous, and unnecessary. Very happy about that.

We appreciated the proximity to Hill AFB for commissary, etc. We chose this place over the base for the WiFi. Speaking of which, as usual, it's not the best. It's great for casual 'net surfing. We finally get to a place that doesn't have an annoying splash screen that prevents us from using our Apple TV and the service is so slow we can't use it anyway. No cable (in this day and age, every campground should have this), but our satellite and antenna worked well.

We would probably stay here again if we're ever in the area, but only if the base doesn't have WiFi. We prefer military campgrounds. Great location for exploring the area if you choose to do so. We were here to visit a friend and relax a little after 4 months on the road.

We stayed here the last week in June. The sites are jammed together which provided not much space to be outside. The backside of the trailer had the walk way to the water park so always noisy. The also had had problems with the water hookups and had a large hole with nothing around it for safety, do the kids could not go behind the trailer. Have a lot of spaces but I looked at small pool which would have been fine except the people from the water park was also allowed to use it so it was very crowded. Will look for a better place next time.

We stopped at Cherry Hill to see what it was all about and decided to spend the day when we saw the water park. Our traveling group was in much need of some relaxing fun. Has all the fun stuff that you see at others but the staff was friendly and it made it more than the average visit with that alone. The prices are reasonable.

My husbands company paid for us to go to Cherry Hill for the day. Wow! Great place for family with younger kids! Pirate ship with splash pad, Lazy River, 2 pools, my kids loved the double dragon slide. It was fairly busy , but everyone was so nice , even the lifeguards! We will be back to make some great memories!

We had planned to take our brand new fifth wheel out for its maiden voyage for the weekend. Since we live relatively close to Cherry Hill and it was early in the year so our choices were limited we decided to go to Cherry Hill. We made reservations stating the dimensions of our fifth wheel length, three slide outs, electrical 50 Amps, etc. When we arrived they assigned us a site which was too small the big rig sites were occupied some by smaller RVs. The people who assign the sites are complete idiots and that is being kind. Needless to say we returned to the office and i asked them what part of 35 feet did they not understand got a refund and left never to return again.
