“Nice Place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 23, 2012

This was a good place to stay. I wish the pillows had more fluff, but the only real problem was it would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the room.

This is by far the best place to stay in this area which is surprising with Snow College and the Manti temple so close by. It wasn't too bad, the beds and TVs need to be updated, but I was grateful for the place when I drove by some other options. As a business traveler I am used to business type hotels (Mariott, Holiday Inn) so this was a step down, but not by that much. The breakfast was good, but they could use some fresh fruit to go with it.

Room Tip: They have two single bed or two queen bed options. I don't think there is any difference in the...

From all appearances after being in the area, it looked like we had certainly made the best choice among inns/motels in the Ephraim-Manti area. The facility was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful in finding restaurants and giving other directions. The complimentary breakfast provided a good variety of options (although Belgian waffles were the only hot entree available). We appreciated the flexibility afforded by the late-checkout option, despite the fact that it was subject to an hourly fee (which had been disclosed at the time we made our reservation). We would certainly stay again when in the area and recommend it to others.

By far the best place to stay in this area. Greatest selection of TV stations I have seen in my 15 years as a road warrior. Breakfast would be better if some sausage and scramble eggs or biscuits and gravy or similar was available. Waffles are very good but you can only eat them so many days in a row. Room was very comfortable and staff was very pleasant. I did have to insist that they put my in-coming phone calls though in the early morning hours as they were reluctant to do that. Pricier than other hotels in the area but also far better and different.

Room Tip: No in-room coffee makers. My King Suite had a microwave and refrigerator but I was told that other r...

Thank you for your review and feedback! In response to feedback from you and others, we are now beginning to offer in-shell eggs at breakfast. Also, there is not much demand for coffee here in the heart of Utah, but if you request, we will be happy to bring up a coffee maker to your room.

We recently stayed the night. This is the second or third stay here for us. Overall, I felt the value was good. Would like to see an improvement in the TV reception as our TV's picture would jump around a bit. This occurred on all the channels we tried watching. My young son loved the ping pong table. Breakfast was nice, however I would have appreciated some fruit with my yogurt. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to get an iron and large ironing board upon asking.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff very courteous and friendly. As a family owned business in a small rurral area, some of the amenities you find at corporate owned hotels are not available in the room (hair dryers, iron and ironing board, refrigerator and microwave). The TV's are older with small screens but they do have cable with an abundance of channels to select from. The continental breakfast has improved over the years since I first started staying here in the 90's.

Room Tip: They do have an elevator and staying on the top floor eliminates noise from a room above.

Willow Creek Inn has a corner on the hotel market in Ephraim. There is not another facility in Ephraim, Utah. The price seems a bit high. The rooms are 'adequate'. Beds are like sleeping on the floor, extremely firm. Showers only in the two different rooms I have stayed in - no tubs. Pocket door to the shower/toilet area. Sink area very small. If you need a hair dryer you must ask at the front desk. Rooms were clean.
