If you have a room with a desk and work chair you would think it may have plugs for your laptop, right? No, not here. Seriously the lamp on the desk was not even plugged in since there was 1 outlet on the wall occupied by the TV and cable TV adapter. I had to go out and buy an extension cord! The desk itself was quite old and battle scarred and needs to be replaced. Work chair was adjustable and newer. WiFi was extremely fast and consistently reliable throughout my 2 night stay - could easily stream movies if you wanted. Best WiFi I have ever had in a motel.
The room, except for the bathroom, has older furnishings and needs updating. The bed was too soft for me, but bear in mind I like quite firm beds. Sheets, blanket, towels, were clean and free of stains. Carpets looked dirty (but without any stains) but that may have been the darker colored carpet pattern. The bathroom had been redone nicely with tile shower, matching tile floor, and newer toilet and sink vanity. Honestly, the bathroom just made the rest of the room look that much more tired.... Overall the cleanliness was fine but the worn desk and easy chairs made the room look drab.
Decent sized breakfast area with the normal Comfort Inn items - mini cheese omelets, link sausage, cereal, yogurt, etc. Service was polite and prompt.
The property is right on I-15 so if you have a room that faces the freeway, as I did, you will have traffic noise. You may want to consider asking for a room facing the water park directly behind the motel. The park was open when I was there but didn't generate near as much noise as the freeway.
For business, as I was there for, I'll stay again keeping in mind I'll need an extension cord.
