Typical of Best Western rooms. It was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet. It was a good place to stay on the way through Nevada and Utah.
We stayed here after a disastrous night at another hotel (in another town). The Best Western was a very nice relief after that experience. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. They won't make anyones top ten list, but hey, they are in Delta Utah!
We did not use the pool or other amenities because we were headed off to Great Basin NP the next day and we arrived late. We hoped to have breakfast here, but as others have mentioned, it wasn't even worth looking at. The "breakfast" consisted of a box of donuts and some boxed juices. Not exactly what we were looking for with a family of four.
Other than the breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised and happy to stay here.
We passed up some of the Mom 'n Pop motels in Delta in order to stay at the Best Western. The rate seemed a bit high for Delta, UT at over $70/night, but the room appeared to be clean. Although, the next day, a chain of bites appeared across my wife's neck. After a bit of research, it seemed to be characteristic of bed bugs.
The breakfast was also very unimpressive - some muffins and Sunny D.
They would not provide a government rate without a complete federal tax ID number either.
If we stay in Delta, UT again, I think we would aim for one of the Mom 'n Pop places instead of the Best Western.

My seventy-three year old mother and I stayed at eight different hotels in fifteen nights, and almost all of them were fantastic (thanks in part to reading reviews from fellow travelers at TripAdvisor). We were traveling on the Loneliest Road in America (US 50), and stopped in at the Best Western Motor Inn in Delta Utah before continuing on.
For two adults for the night of Saturday, August 5th, 2006, the AAA Rate was $67.80 including taxes. The large sized non-smoking room on the second floor (Room 223), was very clean, and included two queen beds, a clock radio, two chairs, a table, a flyswatter, a television with remote, a coffeemaker, a refrigerator (that was turned off), and an iron and ironing board. We were disappointed that the air conditioner unit was not turned on when we arrived. The temperature was very warm that day, and it seemed like it took forever to cool off the room. Also, the television was accessed through a cable box, and most of the channels could not be viewed.
The small bathroom included four sets of towels, a hairdryer, two bottles of shampoo, and two bottles of hand lotion. The shower did not have a handrail to hold on to, and the sink was located outside.
The room was adequate for our needs, as it was nothing special. Just wish the air conditioner was on when we arrived....
