“All runs open”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2012

Snow coverage is good enough to ski on although there are a few spots where rocks and grass are showing through. Compared to the California resorts right now they probably have some of the best snow.

“A great ski resort”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2012

Although it had not snowed for a few days before we arrived, there was plenty of snow to ski on. This hidden gem of a ski resort is perfect for advanced black diamond skiiers and families with kids. I think the staff at the Brian Head Resort are the friendliest and most helpful anywhere. The sidewalks do fold up at night (except for the two resorts), so if you are looking for hot night life apre' ski this is not the place. We prefer dinner and drinks in our condo, which are plenty.

“Great snow Great people Great Mountain.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2012

Went just over New Years and had a blast ! Snow was a little light but the groomers were fantastic . The staff is way cool and the terrain is awesome something for every level. Lift lines move fast and the views are amazing . We were with two other families kids 7-15 and everyone had a ball. Being from Las Vegas this is like our local mountain . A little more snow and this place will be Epic !!!!. Good Food as well. We had kid go down with a broken collar bone and the medical facility was fast and very professional . Like a mini hospital. Very impressed . Cheers !

“Convenient family skiing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2012

We picked the worst weather day before Christmas to ski, and checked our kids into ski school. The instructors were nice and patient with the kids. Rentals were great, too. No lift lines meant we were able to ski down, then go right back up if we wanted to. But at 27 below at the peak, windy and snowing, we usually had to warm up after each run. So while none of us got a full, awesome day of skiing, we still had a great time. They might want to re-think the cafe arrangement a little, since we had to wait a while for our food. But it *was* fresh and hot rather then cool and bland as it would have been if they made things ahead and put them under warmers cafeteria-style.
