On our first night to the Doubletree "Resort" we ate in the steakhouse and were seated in the back of a small L-shaped room. On a Friday night at 7:45pm I was told they were out of filet mignon--this at a "Steakhouse" after waiting nearly 15 minutes to be greeted at our table! (details can be found in my Doubletree at Brianhead review). We've had two breakfasts in the same restaurant and on the first day decided to go for the $18 buffet. There were three pieces of bacon floating at the bottom of a chaffing dish, some commercial-looking pastries along with the normal oatmeal and some fresh fruit. Only had a spoonful of the scrambled eggs and one under-cooked sausage. On the second morning decided to order off the menu which while taking a very long time, was much better (three-egg omellete). Overall, very average and not worthy of a "resort" restaurant. Much more like a Hampton Inn or less.
