Menu prices: $13-$20 per entree. Add $2.50 if you like to sprinkle parmesan on your Italian food. With prices like these, you'd expect at least a little class. This poor place needs some TLC. My booth cushion had six strips of black vinyl tape about 30" long holding it together. Some of the tape had peeled its way back and rolled into a snake. Good thing I wore pants and not shorts. Although my bench may have been the worst in the restaurant with more tape than vinyl showing, there were visible black strips of tape on many benches. The "garlic bread" was cold and made on wheat bread. The waitress offered us more but we refused it. Could they get this poor little waitress a tray, please? She delivered a bowl of salad and plates, but had to return when her hands were empty with the dressing. She made several trips back and forth like this. My chicken parmesan was surprisingly OK, although it was not breaded and fried as chicken parmesan typically is. The sauce was a litte sparse but I used some sauce from my side serving of pasta which was cold upon arrival. My partner had linguini with clams and was surprised that it was also fairly good, although cold, and had lots of fresh clams. I should have taken the hotel staff's advice and gone to Patio Drive in. We just didn't want a burger and were unaware there were other menu items to choose from. At least we didn't go to the Homestead Steakhouse where a patron entering Tuscan Garden had just left after waiting an hour and finally getting the wrong entree.
