If your passing by on the highway, get off and enjoy some good wholesome cooking. We stopped here for lunch, and between the 4 of us, we had burgers and sandwiches, and corn chowder soup. It was such a nice change from the usual Interstate food choices and nice to visit a family owned restaurant that been in the family for 3 generations. Down the street, I'd recommend visiting the old county courthouse which has a lot of mid-1800 memorabilia as well as the flag that flew on the Battleship Utah at Pearl Harbor, when it was sunk in 1941. The volunteer ladies at the historical courthouse will give you a very interesting tour. It's worth a visit.
