“Good home style cooking! Delicious!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2012 via mobile

My brother and sister-in-law have been coming here for years. today was our first experience and we were very pleased with the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restrooms and also the service provided by the young lady who waited on us. If you want home cooking this is a place to go. The The coconut cream pie was also very good I sister-in-law might even say outstanding.

“Hometown diner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2012

Stopped here for dinner on our way through Utah. Although it's a ways off the highway, it was a good choice! The waitress was very nice and friendly and the place had that hometown mom and pop feel to it. We both had hamburgers and I had soup. Everything was delicious and served up piping hot, without much of a wait. I wanted to try some homemade pie, but was too full after my meal.

“Good as ever”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

We first went to Arshels Cafe many years ago and really enjoyed it. With our recent trip to Beaver, we went there twice for dinner. We found that it is as good as before. The food is good and the portions are large. The waitresses are all very nice and friendly. It makes the chain restaurants seem boring and predictable. It's the kind of small town cafe that used to exist everywhere and is now hard to find. Unfortunately we didn't try the pie which gets such good reviews. If we are in Beaver again, I will head right for Arshels to have a piece of pie!

“Always good”

We usually eat here when we go to Beaver. They have good old comfort food that is always good and hot. The staff is amazing and always really friendly. We would highly recommend this place.

“Great food, wonderful rolls and from scratch pies! Worth going the extra mile.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2012 via mobile

This quaint family-owned and operated eatery is worth driving a short ways off I-15. Built in 1944 for his wife, Arshel's is a great place to break bread with your traveling companions or a nice respite at the counter for solo Samaritans. From beginning to end, the service and food was warm and welcoming. The pot roast was moist and the mash potatoes real. The accompanying gravy was flavored to perfection-not too salty, not too bland. The chicken fried steak was nothing like you find at nationwide all-night restaurants. Tasted like it came out of granny's kitchen. The rolls are to die for. Yeast rolls, I believe. Putting butter on them would do them an unjustice. Be sure to save room for their decadent chocolate peanut butter pie (consistency of French Silk) or the creamy goodness of a slice of Coconut Cream Pie. You can't make a wrong choice on their menu. We will certainly be back!
