“Stayed at this motel for 3 nights”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 12, 2013

This motel was a very nice motel It was redone. Clean sheets and a clean motel. Service was nice, Enjoyed breakfast. All was good for the price we paid. My grand daughter swam in the pool everyday. My brother suggested it as a good price for our stay. This motel was good for us as it was close to our family and shopping. Several restaurants in the area of this motel. The Weatherford Heritage museum is only a few blocks down. As is The Weatherford First Monday flea market. Antique stores are around the courthouse square.

I am an insurance adjuster and came into town to stay for 2-3 weeks. Well got to the place and the initial lady I spoke with that checked us in was great! Very friendly and informative but then as we stayed for a few days, we realized that the cleaning staff is a bit sluggish. We were given dirty towels and sheets that didnt properly fit the bed and kept coming off. Overall very nice place but could use a little TLC from the cleaning ladies. They dont thoroughly clean the room when they come daily like 99% of hotels I have been to, its more of a swap towels vacuum in a line and then leave. Most of the time the garbages were not changed and they did not provide TP. Very convenient location, great place but needs improvements on some of the staff. Also the A/C's blow moist air out. Looked into the reasoning for that and came to find out they were most likely installed improperly not allowing them to drain the moisture thus causing musty smells in some rooms. Great for a short stay, long term I would be more selective of what room I choose to make sure it doesnt smell and that the a/c works properly.

Here you have a real gem that has a lot to offer. At first you get the impression (as it is next to a truck stop) that the place will have minimal options. You would be wrong. The first thing that hits you is the attitude of the front desk. She asked me if I wanted some home made strawberry bunt cake! There was a severe weather cell moving in at the time I stopped in. She turned her computer monitor around to show me. When I mentioned my name she knew I had a reservation without looking it up.

Although this is an older hotel they have really worked on the innards of the rooms. OK. There is no 48" HD flat-screen TV. Just the normal tube TV. There is a coffee maker, fridge, Microwave and internet. There was a modern shower head to make the shower experience enjoyable with plenty of water pressure to boot.

The bed was something out of a 5 Star hotel with a plethora of pillows to choose from.

The room was clean and the sheets were high thread count.

The price was below any of the chains in the area by $50, but it sure didn't translate to loss of quality.

Room Tip: I always travel with a Dohm noise cancelling device so I can't say but the front desk put me at...

We stayed at the Western Heritage Santa Fe Inn one night and were very pleased with what we had. It's an old motel and is kind of "retro" inside the room, but the mattress was good, pillows soft, and room very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was so inexpensive, at first we thought it might be sketchy, but not at all. For under $70 for 2 people, I recommend this hotel for anyone passing through Weatherford.

I was a little hesitant about this hotel because it isn't located in the greatest area, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice and the front office was clean. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean also. The bed and pillows were insanely comfortable and I loved having the flat screen tv. It was much nicer than some of the other "budget motels" in the area and I will definitely stay here again.
