I started patronizing Wanda's this past summer. Each time I went there, I'd order something different to get a handle on the menu. Over a period of time, I went from thinking this was a great place to dine fairly inexpensively, to feeling like this was just another greasy spoon. My take on the matter is that if you stay away from the fried foods, you'll really like this place. They have a decent salad bar, which is extra but worth it, and they have some nice entrees, mainly those on their lunch specials. This last time, I ordered the grilled pork chops on the lunch special and got fried pork chops instead. They weren't bad; just not what I ordered. The wait staff is friendly but doesn't always listen to your order so make sure they write it down and read it back to you if you want to be sure you get what you ordered.
