“Waco Legacy with good food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2013 via mobile

Good potato soup, oriental fries, bulgogi (meat and chicken), and veggies. Grimy looking place, but part of its "charm." Dinner about $8-10 so decent value. unique dining establishment. Good, greasy burgers. Not a heart-healthy choice, but good to cheat every now and then.

“Great place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2012

At one time I visited there 2 or 3 times a week but ownership has changed and i miss the former owners who were my friends. The Oriental fries are famous, even as far as NYC. the burgers are great too.

“Secret hole in the wall dive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2012 via mobile

The lip locker hamburger is one of the best in Waco!!! The oriental fries are awesome but a bit pricey. Another fave is the beef begogi (sp). Quite possibly one of the best kept secrets in Waco!!!

“A Taste of the Unexpected”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2012

A friend of mine introduced me to this place YEARS ago, and I've yet to ever be disappointed in the food. I don't get to go there near as often as I used to, but whenever I manage to sneak into town, I go! This is a place that Triple-D should do a story on, if they haven't already. The food is excellent and the people that run it are some of the nicest. Go if you have the opportunity!

“It's a hole in the wall, but its OUR hole in the wall”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2012

Kitok is a Waco landmark. You go there for the fun and experience... and a really good burger, great fries all at a reasonable price. It's small and cramped, has low-budget decor, good food, and great staff. These are all part of its charm. This isn't an impress your date place. This is where you go with your mates after a movie or before the game. Owner/hostess is always smiling and great with my sons.
