This has been our favorite steak house since it opened. While you wait on your meal, you can eat the complementary parched peanuts. The salad is always cold, fresh, and loaded with tomatos, croutons, boiled eggs and your choice of dressings. The steak is much better than other area restaurants offer. I usually get the sirloin. It never has any waste. If you perfer a fatter cut of meat, you may rather purchase a ribeye. All steaks have an excellent smokey flavor. The only downside to this restaruant is that the wait can be quite long at certain times. Since we live out of town, we usually use their "call ahead" checkin. While this does not reserve us a table, it does allow us to have our name on the list. If the wait is 30 minutes or less, we feel that it is worth the wait.
