“Very cozy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2008

So much better than the 4 star place we stayed before since we got to enjoy a relaxing breakfast with the owners. It was a great, relaxing time. Much more like home.

We loved the cottage!!! We had so much fun being able to come and go as we pleased without disturbing anyone else and to be able to run around and enjoy the solitude of having the whole house to ourselves. We also liked that we had the option to have breakfast in our room that way we could sleep in and eat when we were ready. The grounds are adorable and there is enough to do here that you would never have to leave if you had groceries for lunch and dinner! We will definitely pass this place on and definitely return.

Wonderful stay! Hot Tub, yard, game room with cozy fire place, and flat screen TV in room! Breakfast was delicious. Definitely would stay there again.

We could not have found a better bed and breakfast inn than The Rosevine. The hosts, Bert and Becca were wonderful and made us feel right at home. Becca's cooking is SUPERB, and we enjoyed the couple's company at breakfast both mornings.

Our room, The Bluebonnet Room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the time we spent in their game room, "The Barn", and loved the two cats that came around to sit with us as we played games of Scrabble.

If anyone plans to stay over in Tyler, Texas, we highly recommend they stay at The Rosevine Inn Bed & Breakfast. They'll be glad they did. We've stayed at a few bed & breakfast inns, and this one was probably our favorite of them all.

My Aunt and I went to Tyler for the Azalea Festival and wanted to stay in something more private, so we chose a B & B. The Rosevine Inn met all our expectations. There was coffee every morning for my Aunt and cookies and hot tea in the afternoon. Breakfast was incredible. We were never hungry before 2:00 p.m.. Bert, the host was friendly and helpful in giving us directions and information. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed two nights at the Rosevine Bed & Breakfast. The stay was most relaxing and the breakfast was exquisite. The company was a very pleasant change from eating alone in a hotel. I enjoyed my time there and the hosts, Bert and Becca were great. I only wished that I had a TV and DVD in the room, however, the gameroom in the barn made up for it.

I really had a great time and would go back.

Nice facility. Stayed in front room in main house. Booked last minute, and did not realize no television in the room - - so that was an adjustment. I did have my PC, and the wireless was useful. Busy roads close-by can be noisy. Very friendy atmosphere, but also can come/go without intrusion if that is your preference - - though unusual to not have individual room keys to secure while you are away. Breakfast was very good. The Tyler Rose Gardens just down HWY 31 are a must-see if you are in the area - - and free.
