The manager was extremely friendly and actually knowledgeable about celiac and the dangers of cross-contamination. He knew the celiac friendly items on the menu and even had his crew change their gloves and open new bags of cheese, etc before handling my daughters order. I was really blown away by how little effort it took. It seems most places have either never heard of it or are indifferent, but this guy cared. The place is always clean, well lit and in an easy location to get to.
