“I feel like I can fly!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2013

This comprehensive aviation museum was a real treat. It carries you through from the first flight to the space shuttle and takes you out onto the tarmac for an up close and personal view of some amazing vintage planes and helicoptors. My whole family enjoyed it and we will be back.

“Great place to spend an afternoon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2013 via mobile

If you enjoy aviation and military history then you will love this museum. The guides were very helpful. And our kids loved getting to walk out on to the taxi way to see the restored planes.

“The Best People”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2013

This is the best one I have been in. The men & women that work there are all veterans of the war and can tell the story's about the pictures and other things that are in there. A must see!!!

“Great way to spend an afternoon”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

This little museum contains a nice variety of interesting aviation information. There are several historic planes on display and knowledgable personnel to guide your visit. There is a modest fee for entry, but worth the visis for those interested in aviation. As a bonus, there is also a nice little restaurant with good food and friendly employees within the building.

“Very nice museum for military history fans”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2013

This museum is located in the old Tyler airport. Volunteers run and put together this wonderful museum that covers aviation history through different military conflicts and also houses several aircraft. The docents are veterans and our tour guide served in WWII. WoW! What a treat.
