“It's a contribution, not an entertainment ticket”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2012

If I did not consider the $50 we paid to tour Tiger Creek as a contribution in support of their mission, then I would likely ask for a refund.

Pro's:
1. They give you a guide that explains the origins of each animal at the reserve. Stories are interesting.
2. It only take 35 minutes to tour, good when it's a hot Texas summer day.
3. The variety of cats, especially the tabby tiger, were interesting.

Con's:
1. Cats were inactive when we toured at 10:00am because it was hot and they were fed at 9:00am.
2. Pricey
3. No parking lot.

“They have one of Micheal Jackson's cats!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 24, 2012

Interesting, but not too many cats. They were in the process of expanding when I visited. Not too far from Tyler, Tx.

“ROARING good time :)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2012

Our tour guide Hana was very easy-going and educational. The felines seemed very content, and we enjoyed watching them with water. Most especially we appreciated how CLOSE we could get to them. We had plenty of shade. In one hour NONE of my 3 daughters complained about ANYTHING.

“Great Place for Grandkids”

It was a great place to go with our grandkids. They enjoyed seeing the animals up close. We learned a lot about the animals that are there.

“Good Afternoon Trip”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2012

My wife and I decided to go out one afternoon from Tyler and check it out. It was a very worthwhile trip, the animals come right up to the car to be fed. It's very tame, the whole tour takes about 2-3 hours to complete. Definitely worth the money.
