Kiepersol Estates B&B is a wonderful place to spend a peaceful, unstressful weekend. The estates are beautiful and the restaurant is definitely a gourmet restaurant. The staff is helpful and friendly. The carriage ride and winery tour were fun and enlightening and the wines are excellent Texas wines. My only suggestion is to avoid the Paarl Room if spending the night at the B&B. The bed is on a wall which has several air conditioning units on the outside and is noisy. There was also an unpleasant odor which we think orignated from a sewer. The weather was pleasant and we were able to keep the door to the screened patio opened which reduced the odor. I highly recommend this B&B.

In response to our previous posting. We were extremely pleased with the response we received from Kiepersol Estates in regards to the situation we experienced during our stay. They were extremely apologetic and explained that this was an unacceptable situation. They insured us that they took the necessary steps so that this situation would not repeat itself. If we are in the area again we will definately visit again.

This place is a hidden wonderland. It is beautiful and very relaxing. Do not go without eating at the restaurant. It is wonderful. Make sure you get the Godiva chocolate dessert. AMAZING!!!! One of the best weekends my husband and I have had in a long time!

this is a wonderful place to go for a nice, quiet, lunch with your friends.
The drive out to it is good and you can see the grapes growing, and the
dining room has a lovely view of the gardens outside. It is like a
great room inside of a castle, with antique furnishings, a wondeful bar,
etc. The food is really good and not overly priced as I thought it might be since hearing how wonderful it was. My lunch of grilled shrimp served with
rice and fresh asparagus, wonderful bread, coffee, tax, and tip was
around $l5.00. We said the next time we go we would love to take the
horse and carriage ride around the property. We had a lovely
lunch and afternoon.
