It's a drive of over an hour to eat at Clark's, but the trip is always worth it; the atmosphere interesting and the staff friendly and attentive and the food is wonderful. This last visit was not different. I had the ribs, fried okra and new potatoes followed by bread pudding. My spouse got the sliced beef, collard greens and jalepeno black eyed peas followed by coconut cream pie.
His black eyed peas were missing the jalepneo and were over cooked, although they tasted ok.
