From this humble, permanently-parked trailer comes the best BBQ in 50 miles, and some of the best in Texas. Superlative brisket, excellent pork ribs, delicious chicken, and perhaps the best turkey I've ever eaten. Saturday mornings they make the Flintstone-sized beef rib, which is amazing.
As a small BBQ place, they sell out every day (you can't just whip up more 'Q when you run out) so be there early, and expect to wait. They're almost always sold out by mid-afternoon. On Saturdays, folks have been known to get there at 9am (they open at 11).
