“Perfect Location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

The hotel staff is very helpful and nice. Our room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We also quiet. We did not hear other guests walking around or taking showers or talking from their rooms. This hotel is a perfect location to walk to your Concert at the Cynthia Woods Pavilion or do some Shopping at Market Street or at the Mall. It's also close to the waterway. I highly recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, at The Woodlands, TX.

I came in exhausted and strung out for a funeral on a Sunday afternoon. Not only did front desk make sure I could check in early and check out late, she called around at 3pm on a Sunday and found a hairdresser for me. She worried I got something to eat and when TV wire came loose the maintenance man gave me drink vouchers too.
Yes the room and lobby are getting kinda tired looking compared to other garden inns I've been at but parking is free, internet wireless is free, refrig and microwave in room, satellite tv not just a few stations, and a marvelous staff.
And warm cookies in the lobby. Absolutely silent room too. Large.

Nothing special there. Was hurried out the next day. Lucky they are close to the Woodlands Conv area. What else does TA want me to say? Don't stay there and get ripped off for breakfast. Lots of options in the area at the same price

This is an exceptionally well-run, convenient, and well-appointed hotel for a business trip to The Woodlands. No problems with the Internet in the room, numerous plugs, good bathroom amenities. Efficient staff with breakfast and differ offered on site. Near Main Street Woodlands.

The closet door was broken, the room smelled terrible, and there were small bugs crawling on the bedding. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. I was offered free breakfast, but given the presence of insects, I would not trust the cleanliness of the food preparation area.

I enjoyed my stay here, and just like most reviews, this hotel is doing the right stuff! Its nestled in the the woods away from the freeways, so noise is NOT a factor. They took care of my wife and I. When i head back to this area, I will stay here again.
